Established in the year 2000, We has successfully set up its name as the most professional English Training School of Anhui, China. Until now, we have established 10 branch schools in Hefei City, Wu Hu City, Ma Ahshan City, Tong Ling City, Chu Zhou City, An Qing City, Beng Bu City, Huai Nan City, Lu An City, Chao Hu City, have trained almost 30,000 students and are equipped with more than 100 full time staff, 15 of which are native English teachers.

 

Training provided includes Cambridge English for both children / adults, business English for company staff and oral English for adults and high level children; thus, the age of our students ranges from 4 to 40, offering good choice for our teachers. Material is chosen to meet the needs of students. We use Interchange I and II plus various sources via the Internet, Streamline and free-talking syllabus.
 

Our children’s classes adopt a self-established teaching system called the six-dimensional teaching system in which our native teacher acts as one of the six dimensions called English Ambassador. In this dimension, he visits classes to create an English environment by talking with the students using what they have just learned while the Chinese teacher is still guiding the classroom. The center of the six-dimensional teaching system is to train the students to think in English. Adults classes are serious teaching for our native teachers, who are expected to conduct the teaching all by themselves; our adult students are selected so they can understand the class while being motivated and challenged. At present, our Ambassadors are from Canada, the United States and Australia; all qualified, professional leaders

 

 

 

All of our classrooms are neat, well organized & air-conditioned. Students are often arranged in a circle in the classroom so that they can interact with the teacher and each other easily. To make our native teachers’ life with us more interesting and fruitful, we offer free Chinese classes for them weekly; in Chinese class they will get to know other foreigners in the city and adapt to Hefei life.

The Sample Contract
 

EMPLOYMENT LETTER
This Agreements is made and entered into between
  Foreign Language School
Hereinafter called “the School” or “Party A” And
“teacher” Hereinafter called “the Employee” or “Party B”

The School offers to employ the Employee for the position as English teacher in Bluniverse Foreign Language School. The employment will commence on                     
The contract will terminate on                    Three months prior to this date, the school and the employee will negotiate an extension of contract for a further 12 months subject to agreement by both parties.
The School reserves the right to assign the Employee different work in different branch school as required in accordance with his capabilities and business needs.
The Employment Letter is subject to the Employee being granted a Chinese work permit.
Remuneration
? The Employee’s monthly salary is          RMB.
? The individual Employee is responsible towards the tax authorities in China for personal income tax.
? The School will deduct the income tax due on a monthly basis and pay the tax authorities the taxes and pay the individual the net amount thereafter.
Probation Period
The Employee has to undergo a probationary period of two  (2) months, depending on the performance of the Employee, the probation period can be extended by another two (2) months.
Housing
? The School will provide an apartment with adequate furniture, basic telephone service and basic electrical appliances (as per article for use of foreign teachers) free of charge.
? The Employee should take good care of the house and other appliances which belong to the householder and should not make any structural change or remove any equipment set by householder. If there is any damage to the house / equipment / appliance due to the employee’s fault, He/she should be responsible for the compensation.

Working Time
? 20 hours (60 minutes per hour) teaching per week; standard 880 hours teaching for the whole year.  Everyone need to report on duty during working day.
Annual Leave
? The Employee is entitled to 15 days of paid leave for the first year of employment (12 months). 
? The annual leave has to be taken in the respective year and can be carried forward to the following year only after the School’s approval. Annual leave is to be taken at a time mutually agreed between the Employee and the School.
? Payment in lieu of annual leave will not be granted in any circumstance.
? Annual leave in lieu of unfinished service will not be granted in any circumstance.

Holidays
The Employee is subject to the legal and national holidays stipulated in China: New Year Day (1 day), Spring Festival (3 days), May Day (3 days) and National Day (3 days).
Employment Medical Check-Up
In order to apply for a work and residence permit in China, the Employee will be required to undergo a medical examination inclusive of AIDS test conducted by a medical practitioner appointed and approved by the PRC Health and Quarantine Bureau.
Conflict of Interest and Maintenance of Confidentiality
? The Employee shall devote the whole time, attention and skill to the duties of the school and shall faithfully and diligently perform such duties and exercise such powers as may from time to time be assigned to or vested in the Employee.
? He is not allowed to accept any part-time paid works unless work is related to / permitted by School.
? He shall obey all reasonable and lawful directions given by the related person who is under the authority of the Board of Directors of the School and shall use the best endeavor to promote the interest of the School.
? Subject to China Law and any regulations issued by the School which applicable to the Employee, he shall not be entitled to receive or obtain directly or indirectly any discount, rebate or commission in respect of business of the School.
? During the service with the School and thereafter, the Employee shall not use, disclose or divulge confidential information relating to the business of the School which may come within knowledge or into possession in the course of the Employee’s employment.
School Rules and Regulations
The Employee shall observe all the rules and regulations and shall comply with all the lawful instructions from the School.
Validity & Termination
? This agreement takes effect on the day of signature and will stay valid as long as party B works in Party A. This agreement will end if either party of this agreement breaches the up-written document.
? Each party of the Employment Letter has the right to cancel the employee / employer relationship  by giving two (2) months of written notice.
? In the event of any willful or continued negligence by the Employee, or of any serious misconduct on the Employee’s part, or of any breach of China Law or the School Regulation, the School reserves the right to terminate the employee / employer relationship without advance notice or pay in lieu.
? In the event that the Employee is unwilling or fails to finish the agreed contract, the Employee will be required to refund to the School prior to his departure, the recruitment cost, the resident permit and physical examination cost, the reimbursed transportation cost etc. paid by the School on commencement of the assignment.
Any other items that are not included in this agreement shall be discussed and agreed by and between party A and part.

Attachment to the contract

.The school pay the cost of resident permit and the fare of the physical examination  done in China for the foreign teachers.

.the school reimburse the one-way transportation expense produced on the first time of checking in with upper line 5000RMB。Half paid after the period of probation and half paid after one-year contract.The foreign teachers should offer the tickets used by themselves.

.For those who need to travel to HongKong for a Z visa , the incurred plane ticket expense for Z visa in included in the 5000RMB, no extra reimbursement is provided for the up-mentioned Z visa plane ticket expense.

.The school arrenge travels for the foreign teachers every year.

.The employee is entitled year end bonus of the school depending on his personal and the school performance
